As the Client Relations Manager you must have a genuine desire to deliver first class service to high end customers as you will be selling in a couture range. You will need to demonstrate expertise in providing professional styling advice for all occasions as well as have a in-depth knowledge around the luxury fashion industry.

My client is a London-based luxury brand known across the globe for creating the absolute finest in bespoke couture. This is a rare opportunity to work as the face of the brand, selling in this luxury range.

Description

As the Client Relations Manager you will be responsible for:
  • Using your current clients and contacts to sell in the Couture range
  • Delivering personal sales and KPI targets
  • Ensuring accuracy of all client details and all communication
  • Managing and leading the sale process
  • Managing all client relations and selling the range.


Profile

The successful Client Relations Manager will:
  • Be able to demonstrate working in a client-facing role
  • Have existing clients within the luxury fashion industry who you can contact
  • Come from the luxury industry, fashion retail and/or couture
  • Have strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Be able to demonstrate working well under pressure and prioritising workloads


Job Offer

£38,000-£40,000 Basic + Package. Salary is negotiable depending on experience.
