exsellence is a dynamic field agency specialising in growing the convenience channel.

We have a number of exciting Full Time opportunities across the UK and specifically in the Bristol/Bath area and South London. Although home based there will be daily travel across your home region. If you live in another region we will be pleased to receive your CV and will hold your details because we regularly recruit for BDE team members.

You will be working with market leading brands such as McVitie's, Jacob's and go ahead!.

The roles are suitable for experienced field sales executives and those who are less experienced but can show that they have made an impact in a self starting regional based, face to face sales role and who can demonstrate a passion for exsellence and winning behaviours.

What will you be doing?

  • Building great relationships in-store with decision makers
  • Growing your own local territory by offering superb customer service in a fast moving sector
  • Offering advice to stores on how to grow sales using latest category information

What we need from you
