A new UK division has just been created, the better to spread the word about a multitude of technical advances, the likes of which our sector has never before encountered.

On the surface, a KRONABY timepiece looks like a traditionally-crafted, contemporary watch. Its hidden features, however, will tantalise and amaze you, encompassing everything from filtered notifications, alarm setting, built-in features such as Apple health and Google Fit, and much, much more…

Our client’s corporate aim is to enrich and enhance the wearer’s everyday time, whether by pre-selecting that must-take call, making you feel safe on your way home, or just being able to focus fully on the task in hand, without needless distraction.

Retail and consumer appetite for such watchmaking brilliance and technical innovation has never been stronger, so for the talented sales professional aspiring to represent a fresh, newly-launched premium wonder brand, the timing of this opportunity simply could not be better.

Our client is clearly looking for an individual with terrific sales skills for this firmly “new business” focused field sales position; although you have a winning product to fanfare, you will also need tenacity, as well as excellent planning and organisational skills, to do the company’s distribution mission justice.

Previous experience of selling watch products, whether gained in-store or in the field (Retail Sales/Territory Manager/Sales Merchandiser) could work well; alternatively you may currently be a Brand Trainer or Sales Support guru within the mobile phone/consumer electronics industry, now keen to progress your career by working directly for a brand owner rather than a third party field service provider.

Key to your selection success will be your ability to learn and imaginatively present the key features, advantages and benefits that a KRONABY product espouses, reassuring those with misplaced technophobia that the future really is exciting, recognising that not just millennials but also a wider audience will genuinely welcome greater sophistication in their watch wear wardrobe.

Covering a large geographical sales region, you will call on existing Retail Jeweller clients, showcasing the full range, and encouraging ever greater commitment to stock, promote and sell out these innovative products.

Knowing that staff engagement in-store is the ultimate deal “maker or breaker”, you are eager to share your product insight at all times, encouraging your counter-side collaborators to break free from historical convention, re-programing their perception of what is now available to every watch purchaser.

Merchandising and sales promotion is not an occasional treat but your daily mission; it is of paramount importance that ticketing/show cards and brand literature be readily available at all times to support your brand colleagues’ efforts in-store.

You will not be alone in your endeavours. Assistance will be on hand from an experienced, UK-based watch trade Brand Director, who has already blazed a trail for other new market entrants, from launch to the status of established market favourites, the benefit of whose personal experience and support you may draw upon at every opportunity.
