The role is responsible for the operational delivery of the visitor experience at Brodick Castle & Country Park through retail, events, admissions, the castle experience, housekeeping and park transport. This will be achieved delivering performance standards and targets to ensure enjoyment of the property by visitors and members, which in turn will ensure that the property is financially sustainable. As a key member of the wider management team at Brodick the role will work with the team to deliver an overall visitor experience strategy, promoting  good communication  across  the property and a joined up service provision.
