National Account Manager - Category Leading Brands
Paul Nyman Consultancy are currently working to recruit a National Account Manager for a leading branded and private label manufacturer based in the Western Home Counties.
As one of the leading businesses within their category our client enjoys strong relationships with a number of the major retailers off the back of their robust branded and own label offering. In a product area that is offering a great deal of innovation as consumer tastes evolve our client looks to add value to their customers wherever possible.
The position on offer is for a National Account Manager within the Convenience/High Street channel with full P&L and JBP building responsibility for the account portfolio. The role will operate within a cross functional framework and you will have regular contact with the Category teams along with supply chain and product development. As a side objective there will also be the opportunity to tender for new business within the channel.
You will have experience within a national accounts channel, this could be as an Account Executive or Junior National Account Manager, experience of working within Convenience or C&C would be an advantage but not essential. Fundamentally you will be someone who can bring a drive and energy to the business and be comfortable working in a fast paced environment.
Our client operates with a fully structured commercial team and offers the potential to progress upwards, into new channels/customers or even across into a category/marketing position should that be of interest.
