Finance Manager - Procurement
Procurement teams. They’ve not got a bad gig have they? Spending money for a living. Sounds like bliss to me… Still, someone should step in and keep track of all that spending eh?

First, the essentials. You need to have FMCG experience, and you’ll be fully CIMA or ACCA qualified, but you’ll also have excellent business partnering skills, as you’ll work really closely with our procurement team. As you might expect with our business, there’s lots of import work, so freight and duty exposure is a massive bonus here.
So, what will you be doing? Well, you’ll work with open book costing models, as well as bid and tender work, and of course, there’s a need for budgeting and forecasting. You will be responsible for a budget of ~£100m, with the role including responsibility for currency forecasting and monitoring. You’ll need to be pretty hot on Excel – we have some pretty complex models that you’ll be responsible for, but if you’ve got the appetite to streamline this up, the task is yours. There’s plenty of opportunity for you to make your own mark here – if you’re proactive and driven, that’s a pretty big box ticked.
