Job Details
A well-known, global drinks business are looking to recruit a Commercial Innovation Manager to lead the innovation agenda for new products with their key customers.
The business is known for producing premium drinks brands across a number of sub-categories and their range spans category leading brands as well as a number of premium, small batch products with high growth potential.
The role will see you working with global marketing teams to understand what new products are coming through the innovation pipeline. You'll make recommendations as to whether products are suitable for the UK and manage the launch of suitable products into key customers. This is a customer facing role where you'll work with sales to inspire customers and will work with internal teams to execute best in class launches with customers.
As a result of the varied nature of this role you may come from a number of different backgrounds. You may be a National Account Manager looking for something a little more product focussed or Retail Buyer looking to move supplier side. People who've been successful in this team in the past have also come from Category Management, Customer Marketing, MS&P or you may be doing an Innovation or Project Management role in another business.
