An exciting new opportunity has arisen within one of the UK’s leading tea and coffee manufacturers. With hundreds of years in the industry and a number of their own tea estates spread across the globe they are an international player in the hot beverages marketplace. They are a hugely ethical business sourcing all ingredients via Fairtrade means and are also Rainforest Alliance certified. Having historically focussed more-so on private label tea and coffee blends they are now expanding into the branded market with a number of exciting new products. With a huge array of different varieties available and having seen some great recent success they are now looking for a Business Manager to take over some of their largest customers.
Working closely with the current Director of Sales you will be responsible for taking over 2 of Finlay’s accounts. You will have P&L responsibility over these very important accounts and be tasked with developing private label sales. There will be an expectation that you actively develop new business opportunities within your account base and ensure that the commercial strategy is in line with the overall plans of the wider business. You will have the opportunity to work very cross-functionally across all areas of the business including marketing and NPD.
In order to be considered for this opportunity please read the following:
- You must have experience managing a Top 4 or 2nd Tier account at national level.
- You should be a hungry, driven individual with the ability to pitch and present confidently at a senior level and be both numerate and computer literate.
- Own label experience is required.
- You must have experience within FMCG.
