Head of Online Marketing

We are currently working with an innovative e-commerce business that has seen significant growth both in the UK and Internationally. This newly established role of Head of Digital Marketing will head up an existing team with remit to grow the business unit significantly over the next 12 months. The role will focus on managing all digital marketing campaigns, delivering the overall strategy, managing and growing the team and delivering commercial business objectives. We are looking for an individual with significant e-commerce and marketing experience.

The Role:
·Developing the digital marketing strategy
·Executing the strategy to deliver commercial results
·Developing, growing and managing the digital marketing team
·Managing campaigns across SEO, Paid, Affiliate and Social
·Managing international campaigns and activity
·Being hands on when required and managing as much in-house as possible
·Supporting the business as it aims for further, impressive growth
·Manage stakeholders as you drive change and revenue
·Develop and implement appropriate systems and processes

The Person:
·Significant e-commerce and digital marketing experience
·Strength in SEO and Content ideal
·Has developed and managed teams
·Excited by growing a successful SME internationally
·International experience
