My client are a growing manufacturer of toys and games who have been established for over 20 years. Since their incorporation they quickly became one of the few businesses in the sector to export to over 60 countries worldwide. With their own in house design team this business invent, design, produce and distribute all of their products which are aimed at providing hours of fun for family and friends.  The business has seen 20% growth YOY and they hold a strong belief that this can continue; as a result of this they are now looking to add to their team a National Account Manager who can help them achieve their ambition to be a significant player globally for years to come.

The Role

As National Account Manager you will be tasked with helping the business to continue their growth. You will be responsible for a number of National accounts such as high street retailers, department stores and grocers. You will also be responsible for developing new business and increasing presence in accounts which are not as established.. Finally you will have a high involvement with the marketing, product and design teams to ensure they are up to date with the latest consumer trends and competitor activities.

The Person

To be considered for this exciting opportunity you must currently be a Key or National Account Manager, with at least 3 years’ experience working with the above accounts. You must be able to demonstrate success in your career, growing accounts and developing new business. Experience of the Toy industry is also desirable but not essential as long as you can demonstrate success in your career and a desire to further develop.
