The successful National Account Manager will be an integral member of the Grocery team with a market leader within the Beauty sector. Through extensive planned growth & future opportunities, this is a fantastic position for the successful candidate.

Description

The successful National Account Manager will do the following;
  • Optimise net sales, visibility and profitability through the assigned grocery customers within agreed budgets & strategic guidelines
  • Deliver against all set targets and business objectives within assigned customers
  • Become the Channel & Customer expert
  • Exceed expectations whilst maintaining service quality & delivery
  • Build a strong presence in the Beauty & Personal Care sector
  • Development and execution of Customer plans
  • Act on opportunities & drive long term strategic nature of accounts
  • Analysis and reporting as required internally and externally
  • Attend all necessary internal and external meetings as required






Profile

The successful National Account Manager will have the following criteria
  • Have previous experience in managing national accounts within Grocery (Top 4)
  • Have a proven track record in exceeding sales targets
  • First class communication skills & relationship building
  • Be a strong negotiation
  • Be a self-starter with the ability to think outside of the box
  • Have strong commercial acumen and judgement, making key business decisions
  • Be highly analytical, identifying new growth opportunities
  • Ideally come from a health & beauty and/or gifting background
  • Commutable to the West Midlands - office/home based working
