Outsourcing/Accountancy Business Development: £ 52,000 pa basic salary + Bonus + Car + OTE £150,00
We need someone who wants to go out there and get business. You have at least 8 years Sales experience. You are happy to meet Accountancy firms / Business Directors and can adjust your approach, depending on the type of person you are dealing with. You must be good with administrative paperwork and able to use email. You must have a valid driving license.
We are Doshi & Co Accountants, based in Croydon, London, CR0 2LX. We have been established since 1999. We have three other companies also, DAS, Chartered Accountants, Doshi London Ltd, and DASPL in India. We employ 30 people in England and 300 in India. We offer a wide range of accounting services.
We offer outsourcing services to UK based Accountancy Firms. We look after over 100 Accountancy practices and are looking to double this figure in the near future. We have all the human resources and infrastructure to do so.
1. You are to find Accountants who can benefit from our Services. We can help Accountants increase profitability, efficiency and free up time to grow other parts of their business.
2. You are to find businesses who could benefit from employing part time / full time staff in India. Allowing them to outsource without the headache.
We would require you to network, hold seminars, give presentations, use own initiative, cold call on the phone and face to face. You will have 1 to 2 telemarketers working for you to help generate appointments and further marketing support. You will be reporting on a daily basis at the end of each working day via email, outlining your day. You will have a basic salary of £52,000 plus a Car/Mobile and an uncapped bonus structure will be in place each year.
You will be based from your home and cover your own region. (Scotland, North West England, North East England, Midlands, South West England, South East England, London, M25/ Home Counties)
The first week will be training at our office in London. You will be taught everything you need to know.
We are looking for candidates to start in April / May 2018. We will be holding interviews in March 2018.
