We’re looking for someone with FMCG experience who has a passion for training and development and ideally has a background in field management/support. Carrying out audits on our team that provide detailed information will also be required to develop our field teams’ capabilities.
Working across our grocery multiple, convenience and cash & carry channels, you’ll deliver both classroom and field based training that takes our teams’ capabilities from strength to strength.
You’ll average 4- 6 grocery outlet visits a day, but always plan your workload to push beyond that number. What’s more, you’ll complete each audit within 24 hours of the visit. So it’s a real high-energy post and will challenge you to perform at pace.
What’s great about it is that you’ll be able to do so autonomously. So you’ll need to be a resilient professional who can work unsupervised. This is a role for someone who’s passionate about colleagues’ training and development, has a solid understanding of Irish markets and not only has a driving licence, but also the willingness to travel and stay overnight on location for work.
In return, we’ll give you a competitive salary, 10% bonus for KPIs achieved, a company vehicle and expenses for your travel and hotel stays.
