Position Summary

This is an excellent opportunity for a strong, confident and engaging leader looking to join a high-performing team. Based at our High Wycombe Office, the incumbent will take the lead in developing and deploying winning selling stories across the International Organization for our Lights and Autocare Business.

Accountabilities

•    Develop and deploy winning selling stories across the International Organisation, establishing a strong and consistent look and feel
•    Be the go to person for the Lights and Autocare Businesses
•    ‘Internationalize’ best practices  across all segments and International markets
•    Lead and coordinate the development of a repository site for International Trade Development assets
•    Recommend new central Category Development assets and tools to support International Markets requirements and enable simplification and standardisation
•    Set-up and own process for effective collection of competitive and retailer information
•    Customise and support Trade Insights material for key distributor and developing markets & customers

Required Skills and Experience

•    Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
•    At least 5 years of experience in the FMCG/CPG Industry in a Sales/Category/Marketing function coupled with solid customer facing experience
•    Multi-market experience preferred
•    A self-starter with demonstrated ability to act decisively, establish relationships and champion customer needs
•    Excellent written and verbal communication
•    Ability to integrate multiple insights from multiple sources and develop strong Category-led selling stories
•    Understand multiple cultures/markets/channels
