Business Development Executive – Drinks (On-Trade)
c. £35,000 + Benefits + Bonus + Pension

With over twenty exciting brands and a presence in every major international market, our client offers a fantastic opportunity at a pivotal moment in their growth. Their brands offer the perfect mix of both local heritage and global appeal with categories including soft drinks, spirits and beers. With several brands excelling right now, they are seeking a Business Development Executive to join the team in London.
Reporting into the Area Sales Director, this role will see the successful candidate take responsibility for on-trade accounts in the London territory. These will consist of bars, restaurants, hotels and clubs in the premium segment of the On-Trade. Targeted with gaining new listings and growing existing business this role that requires involves staff training, events and tastings in order to fully engage the customer base. Autonomy in the role with lead the successful candidate to complete their own journey planning and manage a full P&L.
The successful applicant will have an understanding of the drinks industry and ideally a history of operating in the London area. Individuals who have a background in bar or nightclub management will also be considered but it is essential they are fast learners and passionate about developing a career in drinks. Communication skills both verbal and written are essential as well as numerical skills.
