The Role: Largely responsible for managing an existing portfolio of accounts, the RSM will be upselling a range of outdoor clothing to independent retail; boutiques, sports shops, fashion and department stores. Also tasked with prospecting new business and self-generating leads, you will attend 5 meetings per day across the South East & Wales. Lead times are usually 2-3 weeks, you will be targeted on a minimum of £200K area growth.

The Company: Established in 1987, our client is a mid market manufacturer of mens, ladies and childrens outdoor coastal fashion. Specialising in affordable design, their waterproof clothing comes with a 2 year guarantee. They currently turnover £3M and are looking to expand their wide range of casual fashion garments.

For this position, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:

• Field sales experience
• Must come from retail or fashion background
• Passionate, energetic and driven
• Full driving license

Benefits of this role:

• Up to £35,000 basic salary, depending on experience
• plus £4-6,000 OTE paid quarterly
