The company

A recently restructured business, this dynamic medium sized branded confectionery company has a strong track record of product innovation and licensed branded product development across a number of the major UK trade channels.

The role

Following the appointment of a new Sales Director, my client is now looking to make a further investment in the commercial team with the appointment of a highly driven and dynamic Business Development Manager. 

Your key focus will be to manage a small selection of existing national retail accounts as well as taking the lead in developing targeted new convenience retail and wholesale accounts opening new business and driving product listings and distribution.

Your experience and style

Currently working at Regional Account Manager, Business Development Manager or National Account Manager level with a respected FMCG branded business, you have experience of directly managing and negotiating at head office level within any of the major retail convenience or wholesale channel national accounts.

You have a track record of growing new sales with strongly developed new business development planning, customer relationship and negotiation skills and are now looking for a new challenge where your results will be both recognised and rewarded. Most importantly you are hard working, honest and possess the ability to influence major customers and win new business.
