About The Opportunity: 

National Account Manager - Perfect Step Up

Having had phenomenal success already in the on-trade, these guys are now focusing on the off-trade. 

They have given the Grocers a flavour of what they're all about and as a result, have had their flagship drink listed in the top 4! But what about the rest of the range?  

That's where you come in. 

Working closely with the Sales Director and Off-Trade Commercial Manager, you'll be looking after 1 or 2 of the top 4, managing the P+L, gaining listings and creating a promotional strategy, all in line with the business plan.  

And it gets better. 

This is a brand-new role, additional headcount resulting from their huge expansion plan. You won't be filling someone else's shoes, you'll be creating your very own footprints and making your mark.  

It's going to be a challenge, but the right person will see this as a positive opportunity. And if you're successful, progression in this small, high growth business will be imminent.  

 

About You: 

Their people are their key ingredient, describing their team as "super cool, interesting and fun people". To be the 1st National Account Manager you will:

  • Have 1 - 2 years experience managing a Top 4 account.
  • Be London based (this is an office based role).
  • Have strong negotiation skills.
  • Have joint business planning experience/be able to build a customer plan.
  • Be a highly ambitious individual who wants to be part of a fun team culture that is growing - quickly!
