Senior National Account Manager –  Tesco & Waitrose (1 Direct report)

Cool Healthy Food Brand

Location: Central London 

  • £40-60k Base Salary (dependant on experience)
  • 25% Bonus Opportunity

Our client is an ambitious company with a cool food brand with a clear vision. Brand is at the heart of everything they do, and they have a lot of fun along the way! With an already strong retailer food print across the grocery, convenience and health food retailers; and we are now looking for a Senior National Account Manager to join the team to help take retail relationships to the next level. The SNAM will manage Tesco (#1 account, c£10m), Waitrose (over-index) and Ireland. Along with account leadership they would also have a high potential NAE currently managing Ocado and Amazon reporting into them. Here you would be responsible for supporting & coaching them with both their accounts and personal development.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a rapidly growing company where you can put your entrepreneurial skills to the test.  Reporting into the Sales Director and work closely with other senior members of the team, you will have a real opportunity to be a change agent. We are looking for someone who can help nurture and develop retail customers but also add value internally bringing new thinking & ways of working to the sales team.

To be successful in this role, you will have a good working knowledge of the branded FMCG environment and experience of managing grocery accounts as well as experience of working across/ developing other channels. You will be adept at building and maintaining excellent relationships with customers.
