As part of their rapid expansion, they are looking to bolster their sales team with a shiny new Wholesale Manager. In this role you will be given ownership of their current distribution partners and will be responsible for JBP execution, delivering volume targets, and effective training of sales teams so that they're as bought in to the brand as you are. Prior knowledge of the Wholesale/RTM channel is key as you will be expected to lace up and hit the ground running.
If they could paint a slightly vague picture of the ideal candidate, it would go as follows: at least a couple of years in On-Trade/Wholesale sales, mixed with a passion for premium F&B and heaps of tenacity. Your sleeves will be ready to be rolled up at a moment's notice as this is a small (although rapid-growth) company where everyone needs to pitch in when needed.
