National Account Manager with Leadership Career Plan
Paul Nyman Consultancy are currently recruiting a National Account Manager for a large food group with strong market share across a number of categories from their site in the West Midlands.
As one of the leading manufacturers within this fast paced category, this business focusses on the manufacture and distribution of various private label products to the UK retail space. Having established themselves as a specialist, the business is now embarking on a new phase of growth in line with its overall strategic direction.
In order to do this, our client now seeks to add a confident and competent individual to its commercial team who wants to bring a dynamic yet stable approach to a National Account Management role working with a Top 4 Grocer. Coming into the business as a National Account Manager, you will be responsible for picking up sections of the customers P&L with autonomy to grow the business firmly in your hands.
Our client is looking for the successful individual to meet the following criteria:
- FMCG experience in food & understanding of/exposure to P+L, JBP.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with experience of current data management tools.
- Demonstrable ability to build and develop relationships.
- Own-Label Experience
- Seeking to progress yourself further in the future
