The Position

Export Sales Manager (Northern and Eastern Europe)

We are recruiting an export sales manager for an internationally focused manufacturer within the HVAC-R sector. This is a successful engineering company and UK manufacturer which has recently created this new role. The Export Sales Manager will focus on the area of Northern and Eastern Europe (including Russia) and Turkey, selling via distributors, to OEMs and to end customers. Regular international travel will be required as part of this position. Candidates will need to live in the South East of England in order to work from the office in Kent twice per week.

The Business

This is a profitable and internationally focused SME. A manufacturer of HVAC-R products with a strong desire to further its expansion in export markets.

The Package

The business will create a package designed to attract the right candidate. It is anticipated that the Export Sales Manager should expect a basic salary in the region of £40,000 -£50,000 plus package.

The person

The business requires impressive export sales managers who meet 2 clear criteria.

1. Significant Export Sales / International Sales experience
2. A technical / engineering / industrial / product background.

Candidates who have experience in managing sales in Eastern Europe, Russia, Turkey and Scandinavia will be of particular interest.

Fluency in Russia or another Eastern European language is not essential but would be welcome.

An academic background in engineering is considered a bonus.
