What we are looking for...
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a motivated team player to join our Scotland Impulse Sales Team.
As a strong leader you will develop and manage our field sales team, applying a structured approach to sales and training. You will manage a team of Local Business Development Managers delivering a KPI set including customer base development (new business), customer retention & growth (existing business), range and visibility for our brands across the sector.
In this role you will have a high level of commercial ownership and full line management responsibility. As such, only candidates who have relevant people management experience will be considered, FMCG experience would be desirable.
A full driving licence is essential for this role.
