This company are now looking to appoint a Marketing Manager to come in and create the marketing strategy across their core brands and lead a team of 4 people in doing this. If you are looking for a role which gives you an opportunity to work across the entire marketing mix from NPD, digital, promotional campaigns, artwork creation and international exposure… this is the role for you!

The role:
 
  • Create the marketing strategy and plan for the company
  • Manage the marketing budget
  • Have overall responsibility for the brand management of the portfolio
  • Facilitate company innovation and NPD
  • Manage the marketing activity – online & offline
  • Manage product launches & promotional campaigns
  • Manage a team of 4 people

The successful candidate:
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a marketing managerial role
  • Experience managing budgets
  • Experience of brand creation and management
  • Experience writing marketing plans
  • Able to analyse data and uncover insight
