Having built a reputation over the last twenty years based upon quality of product and customer service, our client has reached a pivotal point in their five year growth plan which requires the appointment of a sales director to the leadership team.
Currently operating in the SME sector of the FMCG market, they are working across multiple retail partners, foodservice and convenience channels. This approach has been achieved through the creation of fantastic products that are revered in the sector along with close customer collaborations which have delivered a special customer working relationship.
The role will be to strategically oversee the retailer interactions and steer the development of the food service channel from its current core position across the UK into wider and more diverse channels. Your role will be a central pillar of the strategic vision for the business over the next five years which will involve a substantial growth in turnover, supported through marketing investment and capital expenditure.
Experience winning business across retail and foodservice channels along with the vision and energy to lead teams will have prepared you for this exciting opportunity as the business expands into new markets.
