Our client is a property investment platform that makes it possible to invest in property at the click of a button. Investors can buy stakes of their choosing in individual properties, residential blocks, purpose-built student accommodation or commercial property, diversifying effortlessly across multiple properties.

This platform finds the tenants and professionally manages the properties. Investors receive rental income in proportion to the shares they own and, through our unique secondary market, can exit their investment at the market price at a time of their choosing.

Who we are looking for:
  • We are looking for an experienced, proactive and innovative Growth Marketing Manager to supercharge the quality customer acquisition pipeline.
  • Key to this role will be the delivery of cost-effective, ROI positive customer acquisition marketing activity to help grow the business rapidly, for example, through our refer a friend programme. Increasing demand is a key objective within their marketing plan!
  • You will almost certainly come from a start-up background and have a proven track record in implementing successful customer acquisition campaigns, which have made a significant contribution to business growth.
  • You will be creative, analytical and have a restless desire to improve and innovate, constantly creating new tests and thinking of ways to efficiently grow our customer base and achieve incremental improvements.
Essential experience:
  • Background as a Marketing Manager (Acquisition-focused) or Growth Marketing Manager
  • Proven track record in delivering successful customer acquisition campaigns
  • Strong all round marketing capability with an emphasis on digital
  • Comfortable working with data and able to easily extrapolate key findings
  • You will be self motivated & results orientated
  • Versatile and adaptable - able to think big picture but also roll up your sleeves to get things done
