This is an exciting opportunity for you to join us leading a team of sales executives to drive category sales out at store level.
Package: £27,000 basic + Monthly Performance Related Bonus up to 20% (OTE £32,400) + Car + Pension+ Phone + Tablet
You will be responsible for leading, motivating, coaching and developing a team of Sales Executives to consistently over achieve against ambitious sales and display targets.
Reporting to the Field Development Manager, and supported by Reach’s head office function you will be expected to make a difference for the business in a dynamic, challenging and competitive environment on a daily basis. You will need to influence and engage your team to want to accelerate their success.
You will need the determination and capability to take your team to the top and will be responsible for leading the performance of the team whilst managing logistics to ensure the results are achievable.
Therefore, you must be able to:
- Demonstrate a high degree of leadership skills, commercial awareness, personal organisation and communication skills
- Be an excellent negotiator and influencer, who is results focused, and able to empower a team to be accountable and responsible for their own performance
- Show high numeracy levels with proven analytical skills
- Demonstrate knowledge and experience of retail sectors to ensure you lead a team to make a commercial difference in every outlet they visit
You will be an experienced team leader, with a proven background in FMCG field sales or account management. The successful candidates can expect to receive the support of an excellent training programme and marketing team with award winning advertising.
You must also hold a full driving licence. There may be some extensive travel in this role and the need for some overnight stays.
