A dynamic and fast growing FMCG business is looking for an Online Account Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. This exciting branded organisation is making a huge impact in the sector in which it plays and this opportunity could really propel the career of the right individual.

The Role

The Online Account Manager will be responsible for the marketing plans, relationships and account management of online grocery and re-seller accounts and will have complete autonomy with regard to the growth and success of the business’ products with these retailers.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Responsibility for all online resellers
  • Regular communication of all business/brand news, developments, updates and/or changes and promotions to online reseller accounts
  • Ensure compliance with brand guidelines
  • Plan promotional activity and budget for online media plans
  • Track ROI of promotional campaigns run in conjunction with partners
  • Maintain retail qualification criteria list
  • Process online reseller applications for new accounts in line with key criteria
  • Present regular reports re KPI’s
  • Amazon
  • Manage company’s seller account
  • Manage reseller relationships via Amazon Marketplace
  • Possible future opportunity: Pan EU development
  • Possible future opportunity: Support Amazon USA launch
  • Ensure best practice approach to day-to-day management as well as strategic planning


The candidate

You will require the following skills and experience:

  • Proven experience of successfully managing Amazon and online reseller accounts for an FMCG or consumer products business
  • Innovative sales approach with regards creating ROI from pro-active marketing plans
  • Understanding and previous use of online analytics tools
  • Excellent influencing and negotiation skills
  • Ability to push back and challenge with external and internal stakeholders
  • Resilience
  • Agile and flexible approach to work
  • A passion for digital and a thirst for knowledge of digital tech and industry changes

Due to the location of the business you will require a driving licence and own transport
