Perfect opportunity for a sales person from the property industry to join a leading business to business company and move into a commercial role with the autonomy to grow and manage a portfolio of accounts.

The Role: A new Account Manager is being recruited to prospect new business and manage an existing client base within the real estate market.

Responsible for the CEO's personal property portfolio, relationship management will be key to your success. You will also self-generate new business and utilise a database of leads. This is a client facing role, covering Central & Greater London.

The Company: Our client is an international property management company offering vacant property services to protect clients from theft, vandalism and squatting. Their portfolio of services includes a range security solutions and facilities management such as surveillance, manned guarding, cleaning, maintenance and fire safety assessments.

Already top end, they want to be the leading vacant property specialist in Europe and therefore recruiting to support continued growth and market presence.

For this role, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
  • Must have business sales experience
  • Property/real estate market knowledge
  • Full driving licence

Benefits of this role:
  • £30,000 basic salary, plus £5-10,000 OTE
