Field-based sales role in e-liquid industry, selling to retail outlets

Applicant ideally residing in Bristol / Swindon / Gloucester areas

£25,000 Basic + Commission and OTE £45,000 (year 1) and £75,000+ (subsequent years)

WHO WILL YOU BE WORKING FOR?

A fast-growing E-liquid producer and distributor, based in the south-west of England. This is a fantastic chance to join a relatively young organisation, which is growing at an excellent rate. The core business is e-liquid flavour creation with a strong on-line and retail sales platform. The owner of our company has a real appetite to increase his companies market share, whilst ALWAYS retaining the companies core values of providing top of the range products, backed up by incredible customer support.

The successful applicant must be experienced and will need to be a very pro-active self-starter who can demonstrate an excellent “new business” sales track record. You will be selling our established brands to retailers throughout the UK, but mainly in the M4 / M5 corridor. MAIN AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

  • New business sales to retail outlets throughout the UK
  • Business Development
  • Creating your own appointments (not cold calling)
  • Top level customer service to create excellent customer retention
  • Building a strong relationship with customers and keeping in regular contact
  • Regular reporting to the owner of the company, who is always happy to receive constructive feedback
  • Achieving (or exceeding) your sales targets whilst maintaining good KPI levels
  • Daily record keeping of NEW and REPEAT sales
  • To support retailers in any way which helps promote our brand and increase sales
  • Helping Retailers with branding and merchandising, making sure our products are displayed prominently

MAIN SKILLS REQUIRED

  • EVIDENCE OF A PROVEN SALES RECORD IN A SIMILAR ROLE
  • Excellent communication skills and smart appearance
  • Being able to work independently, but also have a good team ethic
  • A very strong sense of customer service
  • Field-based experience would be preferable
  • Ability to liaise and sell to both small and large companies
  • Being able to build strong relationships and always being aware of our company reputation
  • Full Driving Licence essential
