As the Area Sales Manager you will manage, coach and support your team of to drive the brand forward. You will develop a deep understanding of your market dynamics and customer strategies with the objective of identifying more opportunities for the brand portfolio. To succeed in this role you must be able to show your leadership capabilities as your team will be made up of enthusiastic, driven individuals that are hungry to progress! You will need to have a high knowledge of On-Trade knowledge within the northern cities of England, either through work or through just experiencing them when on a night out. You will need to have an extremely thorough understanding both of the premises within the cities.
The ideal fit
- Have experience in a Area Sales role, along with a total of at least 5 years in commercial experience.
- Have managed a people for a minimum of 3 years
- Be motivate and highly resilient
- Be able to lead and inspire through effective, clear and articulate communication
- Demonstrate being able to work within a fast paced environment
- Proven track record of ‘first class’ execution
