National Account Manager - Mults - Grocery - FMCG - Yorkshire

The Company:

Our client are a well renowned FMCG business based in West Yorkshire who due to continued growth and internal succession are on the look out for a talented National Account Manager (NAM) to both manage and develop relationships to deliver sales & profits in line with annual targets.

Candidate Profile:

Currently working at NAM or NAE level preferably with private label FMCG experience - this role requires a results focused, inspirational sales professional who has a track record of high achievement in managing some of the largest grocery relationships. We are looking for an individual with the insight, commercial skills and organisational excellence to meet and exceed agreed targets. A strategic thinker, you possess the confidence to effectively deliver account plan.

A proven track record of P&L management, budget delivery and growth momentum is essential within this role.

Interpersonally, we are looking for someone that matches the following profile:
  • Presence, energetic, innovator & clear intellectual ability
  • Strong communicator and influencer both internally and externally
  • Highly numerate, well organised and a completer-finisher
  • Ambitious and happy to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Pragmatic, adaptable and willing to get your "sleeves rolled up"
