A hugely successful business supplying into all of the major retailers and food manufacturers. They consistently deliver outstanding products resulting in stability and reinvestment in product variety and services. Due to this continued growth they are now looking for a Procurement Administrator to join their team.
From day one you'll support the Procurement team ensuring savings targets and other initiatives are delivered by coming up with accurate reporting and data analysis. You'll gather and interpret information from a variety of different sources, producing reports and trend analysis ensuring that the Purchasing teams buying decisions are in line with the market and that the best possible margins are achieved.
Other key areas of the role will be order processing, liaising with internal colleagues and facilitating incoming and outgoing stock control.
This is a varied role requiring excellent problem solving skills, first class communication skills and the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure. Along with excellent numerical skills you will have first class Excel skills and be confident navigating and setting up Pivot tables, V-Look ups and Macros.
