We are looking for a mid-level Field Sales Rep for Grocery as part of our Off-trade team.

About The Role:
As a Field Sales Rep for Grocery you’ll be responsible for representing the Camden brand and growing sales of Camden Town Brewery products in the off-trade sector by building relationships in volume-critical grocery stores. You’ll be focusing on a set region to grow ongoing visibility and sales. You’ll build relationships from scratch, detect and win opportunities, negotiate confidently and foster a proactive, solution-orientated mind-set.
Who We're Looking For:
- 2+ years in work with a strong track record of success
- Solution oriented and “Do-it-now” attitude.
- Strong Personality, Presence, Work Ethic, Resilience, Reliability, Self-awareness, Sociable, Flexible Availability, Self-motivated, Ambitious.
- Good communication skills, ability to manage and cultivate good relationships.
- Basic handling of negotiations and objections
- Business and socially savvy, committed, passionate and confident
