We are looking for a Grocer National Account Manager to join our Off-Trade team.

About The Role:

As Account Manager you’ll be responsible for managing the relationship and growing the sales of Camden Town Brewery in one of our key grocery accounts. You’ll build relationships with a range of contacts, negotiate confidently and work closely with cross-functional teams internally to deliver outstanding activation and service. You’ll be proactive and foster a solution-orientated mind-set that challenges the grocery status quo. 

Who We're Looking For:

• 4+ years’ experience with top 4 grocery account management with a strong track record of success
• Great communication skills, ability to manage and cultivate exceptional relationships
• Strong negotiation and Objection Handling skills.
• Clear understanding of a P&L and excellent commercial acumen
• Business and socially savvy, committed, passionate and confident
• Strong understanding of the off-trade market and grocery ways of working
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc)
• Solution oriented and “Do-it-now” attitude
• Strong Personality: Presence, Work Ethic, Resilience, Reliability, Self-awareness, Sociable, Flexible Availability, Self-motivated, Ambitious.
• Able to manage time and workload to optimise effectiveness and efficiency.
