Our client is an instantly recognizable healthy snacking business demonstrating significant growth in today’s health conscious consumer market. They have a significant presence across all major customer channels, with a track record of bringing to market exciting innovation and positively disrupting the category.

Having seen a number of years of sizeable growth, the business is now looking to add to its grocery customer team. They are looking to appoint a National Account Manager to manage two of their top customers, which represents a sizeable proportion of the total business. Reporting to a Head of Channel, this role will be focused on delivering budget targets, maximising all revenue opportunities and building strong customer relationships. One of the customers is a key partner, having collaborated for a number of years, but still represents an opportunity for double digit growth. The other is a newer customer, which in itself sees huge potential for the right person to build the depth of the relationship and deliver fantastic growth numbers.

We’re looking for a high potential Junior NAM / NAE or existing NAM, who has a track record of delivering fantastic growth with their customers. Your track record will speak for itself; you will be commercially astute, strong financially through accurate forecasting and P&L control, and be polished and articulate in style. This role would suit a classically trained blue chip operator who seeks to work in a fast growth SME fun culture without the bureaucracy. You will relish ownership and accountability and look to proactively drive the business. You will be able to find creative solutions and deal with ambiguity where process does not exist, working with pace and flexibility to ensure your customer comes first. The business has a strong team ethos, so you will have to be a team player, and support your colleagues to ensure success is delivered across the organization.
