The Role: As Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for selling to the independent retail sector, acting in a purely new business capacity. You will be calling on store owners and managers, closing deals on the same day or with a second meeting set up. An outstanding uncapped commission scheme is on offer here which sees their top performer earn in excess of £80k!

The Company: Having grown to become the market leading firm in their sector in just a decade, our client is a hugely ambitious organisation continually expanding their sales team. They offer chip and pin machines and employ over a hundred dedicated staff, now looking to add a new Business Development Manager in the Midlands.

For this Business Development Manager position, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
  • Strong sales skills
  • You must be happy with a new business role
  • Outstanding graduates looking to break into sales will also be considered
  • You will be money-motivated and have excellent hunting and closing skills
