The Company:

We are a highly successful, International Food business supplying a range of branded & private label products into the UK grocery market. We are currently looking to recruit a Logistics & Supply Chain Co-ordinator to join our team on a permanent basis.

The Opportunity:

Create weekly production orders to cover customer demand.

Monitor and maintain customer service levels within agreed KPI’s and work with customers to improve / maintain quality of service.

Maintain and update customer order information.

Maintain and update forecasts to ensure weekly demand meets customer requirements.

Analyse stock availability vs customer demand on a daily basis whilst reconciling warehouse stocks.

Investigate stock errors or adjustments.

Keep disposals to a minimum through control of stock to agreed targets.

Provide information for the Commercial and Technical team on service, sales and supply issues.

Build relationships with Customers and Logistics Providers.

You:

Relevant experience in a Supply Chain Role preferably from a chilled food background.

Stock management experience.

Strong analytical, numerical skills are essential and must be competent using key software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Knowledge of customer systems – Sainsburys- Touchpoint, Asda – Retail Link, Morrisons - MSD

Excellent communication skills as this will be essential when dealing with our customers and colleagues in Europe.
