NPD Manager/Technical Manager

We have a clear Marketing and NPD strategy and are now investing to grow our UK business to replicate the success we have had across Europe and the US.  This is a pivotal role at the heart of our award winning and innovative company.

The Opportunity:

This NPD Manager role is critical to our company’s continuing success. Leading the UK innovation and NPD you will work closely with the Directors and our innovation hub in Italy to identify NPD opportunities, successfully deliver new products to the UK market – both branded and own label. In addition, you will manage raw material and process improvement cost reduction exercises.

You:

                Graduate, ideally with a business and food related degree

                Branded FMCG innovation/NPD experience

•              Experience with major UK retailer brand standards

•              Management of first production for major UK retailer product launches & compliant with policies & factory standards

•              Adept using UK retailer online technical systems, e.g. Hive, Evolve, MCreate

•              Customer facing experience
