The Role: The successful Business Development Manager will be based in the Midlands and will be responsible for managing three major accounts in the insurance sector; your role involves taking to claims managers, loss adjustors, supply chain managers and procurement professionals, handling major framework agreements. With a strong commission scheme on offer as well as a full company induction and training course, this is an exciting time to be joining this hugely successful firm.

The Company: Number 1 in Europe and enjoying a sales turnover in excess of €400 million globally, our client is a real force to be reckoned with. They offer property restoration and repair services for buildings that have been received flood damage, for both residential and commercial properties. Now looking to recruit a new Business Development Manager to add to their team.

For this Business Development Manager position, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
  • Strong field sales skills
  • A significant track record of managing accounts in a service-lead sale
  • Experience of facilities management, loss adjusting, claims management or insurance sales is a decided bonus in attaining this role
  • You will be highly consultative with superb relationship building skills
