The Organisation
A great opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, driven customer-facing Supply Chain Manager with experience of managing a team. My client is a leading FMCG business with an international footprint. The business is undergoing significant growth and are on the lookout for someone to come in and lead a successful team.
The Role
As the Supply Chain Manager, you'll be responsible for leading the team to deliver a first-class service for the company's customers. You will be responsible for driving improvement in the end-to-end supply chain where possible, maintaining accuracy in forecasts and reducing waste.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Be the point of contact for both customer and consumer.
- Lead the supply chain process within the customer's business.
- Accurately forecast for demand and supply.
- Lead a supply chain team both directly and indirectly.
The Person
- Solid experience within a customer facing role.
- Management experience is essential.
- Proven track record of continuous improvement.
- The ability to juggle multiple tasks and work with various stakeholders.
- Supply Chain experience within FMCG is desirable.
