Micro Space Planner

Your new company
A leading UK convenience retailer who prides itself on staying true to their roots whilst designing the best quality stores for customers and delivering fantastic customer service. With a state of the art head office based in the Lancashire region, this business is now expanding and is looking for a Micro Space Planner to join a small but expert team.

Your new role
You'll be working alongside a brilliant team of category experts, building and maintaining planograms and allocating range plans for all of their stores. Using Neilsen Spaceman software you will create store layouts that put the right products in the right part of the store. You will have the aim to increase sales by maximising display and analysing gaps. You will work with the store design team to achieve the optimum product mix and layout, thus maximising sales and profits for the company

What you'll need to succeed
Ideally you will have experience working as a visual merchandiser or space planner in an FMCG retail environment. You will be an analytical thinker, great communicator and have the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

What you'll get in return
You'll be offered a salary of £18,000 - £22,000 dependent on experience. As well as colleague discount, you will be given 22 days holiday which will increase with your length of service. You also have the opportunity to join the workplace pension scheme. All of this in a state of the art, modern office in a forward thinking environment
