Ecommerce Account manager – Pan European –

A very good opportunity for a commercially minded e-commerce National account manager to join a small, but global beauty business based in the heart of London!

The company is owned by a well known entrepreneur, based in the US. He is looking to establish the UK as their main hub into Europe, and as such is putting significant investment into growing their sales and marketing team.

The company is launching two successful global brands into the UK, as well as driving revenue from exciting licenses with brands such as Disney, Frozen, and Star wars. It is a very exciting opportunity to join a growing beauty business in “scale up” mode.

The ecommerce manager is a newly created role, and will be responsible for building joint business plans with key customers in the online space – key account include the Hut Group, Asos, Amazon, Feel Unique and Beauty Bay. This is a strategic role, and we are looking for someone who can manage the complexity of these online channels without getting into a bidding war with them!

  • Identify key online retailers to partner with across UK and EMEA regions
  • Propose and execute a full roll-out strategy
  • Negotiate commercial terms and build annual joint business plans with online partners
  • Propose, design and implement digital projects to increase customer ROI

The culture is entrepreneurial, nimble, fast paced and ambitious. This company has ambitions to be a mini “L’Oreal”, and whilst it is 4th in the US, in the UK it is very small. Therefore someone who embraces ownership, challenge and is results focused will fit the culture well.
