The Role: A territory-based BDM role, selling luxury independent & assisted residential care.

Selling both B2B & B2C, the successful candidate will target solicitors, charities & healthcare professionals, as well as families of residents. Creating new business from incoming leads and self-generation, you will be targeted on conducting 5 tours per week and achieve an occupancy target of 85%.

• Must have B2B/B2C sales experience

• £45,000 Uncapped OTE!
