As one of the leaders in their field, this global personal care manufacturer has experienced considerable growth within the UK in the last five years and set to continue into 2018. They currently develop innovative products for some of Europe’s largest brands and pride themselves in their open and honest approach to business. Now operating from a production facilities in the midlands, they are now looking for a commercial manager to continue to develop one of the company’s biggest clients.

As a Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for one of the company’s most profitable relationships. This includes having an input on innovation, as well as building a strong strategy for growth. In addition you would be responsible for managing two sales executives and supporting with their development.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing a B2B relationship with outstanding communication and commercial skills and the ability to build rapport quickly. It is essential that you have managed a small team previously as well as having an open and honest sales approach. A background within an FMCG personal care company is preferred.
