National BDM - Commercial Property - £41K + 30% Bonus

The Role: A national Business Development Manager role, selling mainly commercial property repair services including cleaning, reupholstery & dehumidification.

Targeting insurance and loss adjustment companies, the successful candidate will inherit existing accounts such as Aviva & Zurich to manage and upsell within. Also tasked with a new business, you will be required to attend at least 1 meeting per day, across a national remit.

The Company: Multi Million £ turnover, European market leading property damage restoration company. Established over 60 years ago, our client provides repair and restoration services, to prevent and control the effects of water, fire and climate damage to a range of industries. Working with over 200 of world's leading insurance companies, they boast a global presence and over 30 years of expertise!

For this role, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
  • Account management experience
  • Sold a service such as insurance or facilities management
  • Consultative, organised & driven
  • Full UK Driving License
