My client is a growing business with great plans, the role its self is a new role due to this. The individual will be acting as a representative of the business working the Northernterritory. The territory is Leicester to the borders. Providing solutions from my clients product range to satisfy the customers in a technical, commercial and timely fashion.

Description
Business Development Executive
- Looking after a new territory in the M4 corridor.
- 70/30 split on new business and existing business.
- Meeting/Exceeding financial sales target.
- Correct technical solutions offered.
- Generation of new customers and accounts.
- Establish solid working relationships with key account representatives.
- Identification of new applications and services with existing customers.
- Knowledge of the food industry an advantage.
- Capex sales experience, capital equipment a big plus.
Profile
Business Development Executive
- Experience of selling Capex sales a big plus.
- Can prove sales figures and back up a CV.
- A hunger and desire to succeed with a will to win.
- Record of exceeding financial targets.
- Proven new business development experience.
- Minimum of two years sales experience.
- The ability to demonstrate tested closing and negotiation techniques.
- Solution based selling.
- Ability to measure and assess a technical applications.
- Commercially astute and ambitious.
Job Offer
£35,000 - £40,000k Base Salary.
£45,000 - £50,000k OTE.
