About The Opportunity: 

National Account Manager - Super Cool Industry Leader

So what will you be doing for the coolest business in the world? 

With brand new ranges created specifically for this customer base due to massive growth potential, you'll be shining a light in this unique channel.  

You'll be looking after a variety of accounts with exposure to grocery, high street and discounters and whilst this sounds like a lot, you'll have some fantastic mentors there to help and support you.  

You will be working alongside the BUC to develop business and presence with retailers and across the wider customer base. 

You will also:

  • Play an active role in all relevant customer meetings & you'll be encouraged to develop your own contact network with Category Buyers within these retailers.
  • Work very closely with the Product, Customer Marketing & Brand Marketing as well as interacting with Supply Chain, Customer Service & Consumer Advisory departments.
  • Develop strategy for Retailer integration into Marketing Plans.
  • Be responsible for ensuring brand creative executions are implemented correctly across existing and new Retailer channels.
  • Monitor stock availability and take initiative to address any issues.
  • Handle day to day account requests and follow up including solving credit disputes.
  • Execute and monitor agreed promotions within the business plan including JMA spend.

 

About You:

You will also have:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience working in National Accounts with buyer interaction.
  • Ideally will have worked on high street, discounters, grocery.
  • Proactive, passionate, keen to learn, team player.
  • Have significant internal relationship building experience as the teams are close knit and need to be in this constantly changing environment.
  • Possess exceptional IT skills (especially PowerPoint and Excel).
  • The ability to deal well with ambiguity due to the constant change.
  • Drive to progress and progress quickly.
