Description
Senior National Account Manager - Luxury Brands has the following key responsibilities:
1) Team Management - Leading a team of 4 you are tasked with motivating, coaching and imprinting robust controls and working proactice across your sales team.
2) Account Management - Personally responsible for one of the largest high street accounts you are tasked with hitting targets, delivering JBP's and expanding the luxury sku in your customer.
3) Strategic - Propose retail targets, analyses business by brand, review wholesale vs Retail results and lead on brand development.
Profile
The successful Senior National Account Manager - Luxury Brands will have the following experience and attributes
You'll be a professional account manager with experience gained selling and negotiating with challenging and global customers.
You have either sold consumer durables into high street retailers or you have sold luxury brands into department stores.
You are passionate about luxury brands - especially perfume -and can deliver engaging presentations bring on board everyone in the room.
You may not have managed a team but you'll have the aptitude to do so
You will have worked as a National Account Manager for a FMCG branded business in either Cosmetics, Beauty, Luxury or personal care.
This role requires you to be out at customers but also in the office 3 days a week so you will need to be located commutable to South West London ( typically Woking/ Weybridge/ Twickenham zone)

The Senior National Account Manager - Luxury Brands can expect a salary of £55-60 ( depending on experience)
A company car ( typically a BMW, Audi or equivalent)
