THE ROLE
NORTHERN AREA SALES MANAGER. This is an excellent opportunity to further develop your management skills in this highly visible role within our expanding sales team. As northern area sales manager you will be responsible for managing a high performing team of four regional, midlands and northern based sales managers, plus two BDE’s targeting northern cities. The team are tasked with winning, maintaining and developing business within the independent on trade drinks channel. Reporting to our Sales Director, you will also personally manage some regional retail groups and wholesalers within your area.
THE PERSON
Preferably you will have an on trade drinks background, although this is not essential; A strong commercial track record with demonstrable results and a strong desire to further develop your career within the industry; Existing, proven, management skills will be essential as well as the ability to coach and mentor the team. We have ambitious plans to further develop our high calibre sales staff into our future senior management teams. Ideally located in the East Midlands, Yorkshire or North West regions.
